Students apply to live in the Stepping Stones Recovery House voluntarily. They cannot be required to do so by their parents or the court system. Students in the recovery house develop a recovery plan with an addictions specialist on staff at WSU Counseling Services. A typical recovery plan may include individual and group counseling, along with regular attendance at either Narcotics Anonymous or Alcoholics Anonymous.
